Setting up a teardrop flag is very similar to setting up a feather flag:

  • Assemble the pole: Connect the pole sections together.
  • Attach the flag: Slide the flag onto the assembled pole.
  • Secure the flag: Teardrop flags usually have a top piece that slides over the pole to hold the flag in place.
  • Choose your base: Use either the ground spike for soft ground or the cross base (with optional water bag) for hard surfaces.
  • Connect the pole to the base: Slide the bottom of the pole into the base.
