The standard custom LED neon signs are designed for indoor use. For outdoor applications, Pinecrest fabricates acrylic enclosures to weatherproof the LED neon signs. If you require an outdoor LED neon sign, it’s recommended to contact Pinecrest for a quote.

The typical lead time for custom LED neon signs is between 15-20 business days.

Each custom LED neon sign comes with a 1-year warranty covering all electrical components. If the sign malfunctions within a year of purchase, Pinecrest will replace it free of charge. Additionally, the signs are designed to last a minimum of 50,000 hours, equating to at least 5 years if operated continuously. ​

Since each neon sign is custom-made, all sales are final, except in cases where the product is defective or arrives damaged. If your sign arrives broken, defective, or in the wrong color, you should contact Pinecrest at info@pinecrestmtl.com, and they will produce a new sign for you at no additional cost. ​
